, Lisa Rossetto of Mountain Lakes not only carved herself a niche, she baked one. And the buzz word is biscotti. Sweet Niche — home of a biscotto called simply “OMG” — went public at the Denville Farmers Market on June 27. Rossetto has been taste-testing her treats on her friends since March and debuted her online business, www.sweet-niche.com , in April.
