There is so much free information out there on the net about SEO.

Remember SEO is not the end all and be all of internet marketing.

Try to use http://www.google.com/analytics/
We using it for our site http://www.nanjingmarketinggroup/ it`s a great tools you can check your keywords, content, where all the clicks come, how long users stay at your site, pageviews, visits etc.

If you have more than one site, it could be also worked within one main account.
